Katie has joined Coldwell Banker alongside her mother, Kathy Frese, where she is able to leverage the successful real estate business that Kathy has maintained over the past four decades. Katie resides in Chatham Township, NJ where she has lived since 2018 after she and her family relocated from Pacific Palisades, CA. Katie's three children are enrolled in the Chatham School District, and they are heavily involved in local sports, making her a natural and abundant resource to any potential client looking to move to or within our local communities.While raising her kids and living in Los Angeles, Katie worked as a real estate agent servicing the West Los Angeles neighborhoods of Brentwood, Santa Monica and Pacific Palisades.

Katie grew up in Maplewood, NJ and graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.After working in the Equity Research department of an investment bank, Katie transitioned into a variety of sales oriented roles, which eventually led her to follow in her mother’s footsteps and become a Real Estate Agent.
